North Grove is a small neighborhood located in East Mesa. As shown in this map, its northern and eastern boundaries hug the western and southern perimeter of a larger community, The Groves. Brown Road, as also indicated, defines North Grove’s boundary to the south, while Lindsay Road borders this community to the west.
The residences in North Grove are mostly single-family homes. These dwellings were built between 1998 and 2002, ranging from affordably priced houses to million-dollar residences.

Amenities: Though a relatively small neighborhood, North Grove isn’t lacking in amenities and its residents not wanting on things to do. The Superstition Springs Center a short distance south of the community offers shopping and dining facilities as well as recreational venues for all ages. There are golf courses too around this mall.
North Grove’s southern boundary is likewise dominated by the five-acre Kensington Groves Park. Also nearby are the equally refreshing open spaces and various facilities of Mountain View Park. A lighted basketball court, an exercise course, playgrounds, and picnic facilities are among the features at Mountain View.
The 15.5-mile long Eastern Canal Trail cuts through the southwestern edge of North Grove. This trail provides a paved and unpaved pathway for biking, running or walking to other points of interest not only in the city of Mesa but also in neighboring Gilbert and Chandler in the southeastern part of the Phoenix metro area. The attractions along this trail include Sheepherders Park, Los Alamos Park, Greenfield Park, The Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch and Greenfield Lakes Golf Course.
Schools: Besides the outdoor delights that the Eastern Canal Trail offers, it can also provide carless commute to nearby schools serving North Grove, such as Mountain View High School and Highland Elementary School. Off the trail, the schools easily accessible from this community include the Montessori International School, Vista Grove Preparatory Academy, and Poston Junior High.
